It is that season again, the season of sitting on the sidelines cheering on our future Peles! Soccer is a lifestyle all its own! Here are some must-haves I have found very useful during my soccer seasons!
Changing the Game: The Parent’s Guide to Raising Happy, High Performing Athletes, and Giving Youth Sports Back to our Kids by: John O’Sullivan – As sports parents we must remember that the focus is our kids and their happiness. This is an amazing book that reminds us what really matters, especially when it comes to kids and sports!
Therm-a-Rest Z Seat – This portable seat is lightweight and ideal for bleachers! It is my ideal companion for soccer game journeys, or anywhere chairs are not present and bleachers are. Nobody likes sitting for hours on bleachers! I love this especially if I end up sitting for a day of games.
Blue Lizard Sensitive Sunscreen SPF 30+ – Kids need their vitamin D so I usually only apply sunscreen if the kids are going to be in the sun all day! This is one of my favorites. It was highly rated by EWG. They recommend products with the least amount of harmful chemicals!
Essential Chair by Kelty – If bleachers are not available it is always good to have a good chair that is easy to open up and easy to carry! This is my fav portable chair! Plus this chair gets you off the ground for a good view!
Hydro Flask water bottle – I love these because they are made of stainless steel (no plastic/BPA free) and they keep water super-cold throughout warm spring days. Ice will last for hours!
Zojirushi Mug – Most moms do take coffee to games especially to chilly, early morning games. This is my favorite mug for keeping the jo hot for hours!
Goalrilla Striker Trainer – This goal can definitely help their game! It is a double-sided soccer goal. The goal side is made for shooting and scoring practice and the Striker Trainer side sends the ball back instantly, giving players more time for training and shooting instead of spending time retrieving the ball.
Slim Snack Reusable Snack Packs – What is a mom without snacks? These are great for carrying snacks. They are colorful and cute! Throw in some carrots, granola or crackers. They fit perfectly in a back pack!
